FAQS
- What differentiates Pinot and Picasso?
-
Pinot & Picasso are strategic innovators in the paint and sip market. With a youthful team of experts, Pinot & Picasso continually pioneer trending creativity and provide you with multiple revenue streams to grow your business and sales. As a well-engineered brand, Pinot & Picasso won’t settle for second best, and you shouldn’t either in your search for a franchise.
- How does Pinot and Picasso help with Marketing?
-
Pinot & Picasso have invested heavily in an in-house marketing team of strategic experts, who work full time to provide the brand (that’s your business!) with a 360 degree approach to marketing. You will receive initial and on-going marketing training, be sent industry updates or tips & tricks, and work closely with our marketing specialists to build your studio from the first customer, up. Both online and offline across organic and paid marketing channels.
- How long does a Pinot and Picasso Franchise Agreement Last?
-
Five (soon-to-be-favourite) years.
In that time, (with Picasso’s average of 50,000 artworks) he would have painted 1,204 artworks. If you run 3 sessions every week, your studio will overtake that with 1,560 artworks. Pretty Impressive.
- What sort of Support does Pinot & Picasso Provide?
-
The type of support that assures you, you aren’t on this journey alone. Head office is only a phone call away, and are always willing to go the extra mile for our franchisees. We have sought to find experts in all avenues of the business from web management, digital content & graphic designers, organic and paid marketers through to studio training and staffing. If you find you need some emotional support (we won’t lie, Christmas gets busy!), we have a private Facebook page where all franchisees and head office team connect, and navigate the P&P life together.
- Couldn't I just run a Paint and Sip myself?
-
You most certainly could. The facts however, don’t lie. 9 out of 10 businesses fail within the first year. We have a tried and tested business model and approach (60+ times now) that won’t let this happen. Could you do it yourself? Sure, what’s the name? Could you do it as well, and maximise your ROI? Well yes, if you have 22 experts working for you full time, employed across marketing, business, accounting, HR, law, and customer relations.
- Can you provide us with more Financial Information?
-
Of course, but we will need to wait until we pass through the Stage 2 application to disclose full financials.
- What are the Ongoing Fees?
-
Pinot & Picasso HQ have a 12% royalty fee, and this covers HQ support, full-time marketing specialists and the creative team to keep innovating! Unlike other franchises, we do not have a marketing fund. This means HQ will cover all top of funnel brand advertising on a nationwide scale, leaving you with a marketing package and budget that you can control within your territory.
- How long does it take to Open a Studio?
-
The group average would be 10-12 weeks from signing contracts. Once a studio is found, online marketing can start promoting the launch of your new business and begin selling tickets generating cashflow before doors open.
- Do I Need to Work in the Studio?
-
Absolutely not. Do you have to be an artist to own a paint and sip studio? Again, no (and many of our franchisees are testaments to this!). Many of our franchisees run studios remotely, as well as us, James and Aaron, operating practically all of our company stores remotely.
