FAQ
- Where are you located?
-
Pinot & Picasso Orange is located in the heart of Orange, on the main Summer Street with lights overhead in all the trees that you can see. The studio is right next to the iconic Robertson Park where community events such as the night markets are held during Orange’s major food and wine festivals.
- Can I purchase alcoholic beverages near the studio?
-
We’re located right next door to the Royal Hotel Bottle Shop. Alternatively, any of the pubs on the main street offer takeaway from their bars!
- Do you offer catering?
-
Our catering partners at Agrestic Grocer offer delicious grazing boards as an optional extra to any paint and sip art classes at Orange!
- Are there local restaurants and bars nearby?
-
Enjoy local wines paired with contemporary cuisine at acclaimed restaurants such as The Union Bank and Charred Kitchen & Bar. Birdie Noshery & Drinking, The Greenhouse of Orange, and Washington & Co also have a superb craft beer and cocktail list. For gourmet delights and fresh food, visit The Agrestic Grocer and Orange Farmers Market, or grab a gelato at Spilt Milk Bar.
- What are your parking options?
-
There are plenty of street parking options along Summer Street.
- What time should I arrive and how long are the sessions?
-
We recommend arriving at the studio 10 minutes before the session commences as to give you plenty of time to get comfortable, set up, and get the wines flowing. The estimated running time is between 2 – 3hrs.
- If I come with a friend, will we be sitting together?
-
We will always do our best to ensure that groups are placed together.
If you and your friends are booking separately, it’s best to arrive a little earlier to ensure we can seat your group together. We like to operate under the mantra ‘first in best dressed’ when it comes to seating in our paint and sip studios.
If you have any other special requests please put the details into the booking notes ! We want everyone to have the best experience possible at Pinot & Picasso. - What do I wear to a night at Pinot & Picasso?
-
We like to keep our arty parties fun and exciting. Whether you choose to dress up, make your paint and sip a theme, or just attend for a date night on the weekend we expect you to wear what feels comfortable. As our experience does involve paint (shocking! I hope we mentioned this earlier) we do encourage you to not wear anything you would be disappointed if paint ended up on. Or couldn’t be dry cleaned. Our artists will provide you with aprons to wear during the session to minimise any accidental paint mistakes.
- Is there a fridge & glassware?
-
Yes, our Pinot & Picasso studios all have a fridge inside their studio to keep drinks cold! We also have glassware too so no need to bring plastic cups!
