This Site is owned and operated by Veuve Ventures Pty Ltd ABN 68 630 855 686 trading as Pinot & Picasso (referred to in these terms as “ Pinot & Picasso”, “we”, “us”, and “our”). Please take the time to read the terms of use that apply to your use and enjoyment of our Site, Services and the content made available to you via our Site and our social media channels (“Terms”). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Conditions of Entry apply to all Site visitors, Merchants, account holders, contributors of content, customers, and other users of the Site (“user”, “you” and “your”).

Consent to site and event terms

By accessing and using our Site, Studios or our social media channels and any other materials made available to you or provided to you on our Site (whether available for purchase or not), you warrant that you:

  1. are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract;
  2. have read and accepted these Terms; and
  3. will comply with these Terms.

If you are uncertain about the Terms or anything else on our Site, please don’t hesitate to contact us via hello@pinotandpicasso.com.au before proceeding with any purchase or booking. If at any time you choose not to accept these Terms, you should not use our Site or access our Studios.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, booking a session, or attending a Pinot & Picasso event (“Event”), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Conditions of Entry. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or purchase. If you disagree with these Terms, you must not use our Site or attend an Event.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to change or modify our Site and these Terms at any time, consistent with applicable laws and principles, without notice to you. These changes will be effective as of the date we post the revised version on our Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms prior to use and periodically throughout your use of our Site, products, services and content. If at any time you choose not to accept these Terms, you should not use our Site.

Your continued use of our Site is deemed acceptance of any modifications or amendment of these Terms. You may also accept these terms where you click “Agree” or “Accept” or “Buy” or “Book” where such an option is made available to you. 

Booking and Participation

  • Event details and ticket prices are displayed on our Site.

  • Bookings are confirmed upon full payment. A confirmation email will be issued and must be presented at entry.

  • Events have set capacities; walk-ins are not guaranteed.

  • You must provide accurate personal details. We may refuse entry if false or incomplete information is supplied.

Prices & Payment

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST.

  • Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.

  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay.

  • Each public ticket includes a non-refundable $1.99 processing fee.

  • Private events incur a 2.5% processing fee.

  • Fees are non-refundable in all circumstances (except as required by law).

  • Gift Cards cannot be used to pay fees. Discount codes cannot be combined or applied retrospectively.

Gift Cards & Coupons

  • Valid for 3 years from issue under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Redeemable for public sessions only.

  • Cannot be used for Private Events or in conjunction with other offers.

  • No cash or credit redemption except as required by law.

  • If a studio closes, Gift Cards remain redeemable at any operating studio.

Coupons / Discount Vouchers

  • Coupons or Discount Vouchers are not Gift Cards. 
  • The acceptance and validity of any Coupons or Discount Vouchers are determined at the discretion of each individual studio, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. All Coupons and Discount Vouchers must be used in line with the specific terms and conditions set by the issuing studio and are subject to the operational policies of that business entity.
  • Non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Redeemable for public sessions only.

  • Cannot be used for Private Events or in conjunction with other offers.

  • No cash or credit redemption except as required by law.

  • In the event that a studio permanently closes, any Coupons or Discount Vouchers issued by that studio will become void and are not transferable or redeemable at any other location.

Cancellations and Reschedules

a. By Pinot & Picasso

We may cancel or postpone a session with at least 12 hours’ notice. A credit will be issued, valid for 30 days.

b. Public Sessions

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: Coupon code issued for rebooking.

  • Within 24 hours or no-show: Ticket forfeited, no refund or reschedule.

  • Pinot Guarantee: Optional add-on ($2.95/ticket) allowing one reschedule before the session begins. Not valid post-event or for Private Events.

c. Private Events

  • Deposits: Non-refundable.

    • Groups <30: $200 | Groups ≥30: $500.
  • Final payment: Due 14 days prior to the event. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.

  • Reschedule requests:

    • 30 days before the event – alternate date offered (subject to availability).

    • ≤30 days – non-refundable.

Pinot Guarantee does not apply to Private Events.

Refunds and Returns

  • Deposits, processing fees, and tickets are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Change of mind is not a valid reason for refund under ACL.

  • For faulty products (e.g., Art Boxes), contact hello@pinotandpicasso.com.au within a reasonable time with proof of fault. Refunds/exchanges will comply with ACL guarantees.

  • Refunds for in-studio purchases are processed through Head Office only (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).

Session Artworks

  • For all Public Sessions, guests are required to take their completed artworks with them at the end of the session. Studios are unable to store artworks, and any items left behind may be discarded at the studio’s discretion.

  • For Private Sessions, after-event artwork collection for bulk pick-up by the event organiser may be offered at the studio’s discretion. Any such arrangements must be made within seven (7) days of the event. Studios are unable to store artworks beyond this period, and any items not collected may be discarded at the studio’s discretion.

Digital Products

  • Non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence.
  • Strict no-refund policy once downloaded, except where required by law.
  • You must not reproduce, sell, or distribute digital content without written consent.

Children and Alcohol

  • Children under 18 may only attend designated Kids and/or All Ages sessions and must be supervised at all times. We do not provide childminding.

  • Our venues are licensed or BYO depending on location; alcohol may only be consumed responsibly in accordance with state liquor laws.

  • Hosts hold current Working with Children Checks (WWCC) where required.

Conduct and Conditions of Entry

Attendees must behave respectfully and comply with all reasonable directions. We may refuse entry or remove guests for intoxication, unsafe behaviour, or breaches of law or studio policy.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, logos, and content are owned or licensed by Pinot & Picasso. You may not reproduce or use any material for commercial purposes without written permission.

Liability and Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
To the extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all implied warranties not required by ACL.

  • Our liability for any breach of guarantee is limited to resupply or refund of the affected service or product.

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage, including travel costs or loss of enjoyment.

Complaints

To raise a concern: Email hello@pinotandpicasso.com.au with your name, booking email, details, and desired resolution. We will acknowledge within 5 business days and aim to resolve within 14 days.

Non-Disparagement

Parties must not make public statements (including social media posts or reviews) that may damage the reputation of Pinot & Picasso. Any disputes should be raised directly for good-faith resolution.

Termination and Access

We may restrict or terminate access to our Site or Events if you breach these Terms. You may stop using our Site at any time. All disclaimers and limitations of liability survive termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in NSW courts.

Rebranding Notice

Pinot & Picasso is undergoing a rebrand. Temporary variations in logos, colours, or studio presentation may occur during this process. This does not affect your rights or bookings.

Privacy

These Terms also include our Privacy Policy which sets out how we use your personal information, which can be accessed HERE. By using our Site or accessing our products or services, you consent to the usage of your information as described in the Privacy Policy and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.
